The City of Falfurrias has no plans to annex any properties which are not exempt as defined by Section 43.052(h), Texas Local Government Code, within the time period prescribed by statute.
The City of Falfurrias reserves the right to amend the annexation plan in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Local Government Code and other applicable law.
