Superior Waste Water System
The wastewater collection & treatment divisions are committed to the protection of the public's health and welfare in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations.
City's wastewater collection system consists of:
- 10 lift stations through the collection system
- Collection lines vary in sizes from 6" through 12" in size
- 2 stations that transfer wastewater to the wastewater treatment plant
- Wastewater is treated through several processing systems
- Samples are collected once a month and soil samples are done once a year
